As a school it was important for us to have furniture which was the best possible quality and we are very happy with the look and quality of furniture supplied. HCF were able to put us in touch with a local school who already had the furniture we were proposing which was really helpful. We were also put in contact with the fabric manufacturers to discuss a suitable material which would be able to cope with a school environment with samples being supplied for the various options. Despite our order being placed relatively late HCF took on board our requirement to have the furniture delivered and installed by September which they achieved with no issues. From initial contact to delivery we received a very professional service from HCF and with only basic specification and room sizes provided by us they were able to provide an accurate design idea / plan to ensure space was utilised to maximum effect. All correspondence from us was answered by them promptly and accurately, which much of their competition failed to do. I wanted to revamp my restaurant and introduce some of the popular booth seating seen in many restaurants these days. It was imperative to me that I found a supplier who would provide good value alongside an excellent product and it all to be delivered in a timely manner. HCF delivered on all 3 of my criteria. From start to finish I found them easy and professional to work with. Mike invited me down to their workshop where I looked around their workshops and I got to inspect lots of finished furniture. This gave me the confidence to use HCF. I was working to a very tight time schedule for my revamp and HCF delivered exactly when they said they would. The feedback from customers since the revamp has been excellent and I am now considering revamping other areas of my restaurant. Whilst I haven’t yet decided what I will do I have already decided that HCF will be providing the furniture!
