The Qube Acoustic Meeting Pod combines a straightforward, box-style profile with upholstered acoustic surfaces, integrated seating and a practical central table. Its clean shape makes it easy to specify within contemporary offices, education spaces, reception areas and commercial breakout zones.
Rather than constructing permanent meeting rooms, Qube pods allow businesses to introduce defined spaces for conversations, video calls, interviews and concentrated work while retaining greater flexibility within the surrounding floorplan.
Each pod is made to order and can be supplied as an open-fronted meeting booth, a glass-enclosed room, a compact single-person focus pod or a mobile unit mounted on wheeled castors. Standard configurations are available for faster specification, while dimensions and finishes can also be adjusted around individual projects.
Standard lead times are typically 3 – 4 weeks from order sign-off, depending on quantities and fabric choice.

One Qube Pod, Multiple Configurations
Every project uses space differently. The Qube can be configured as an open meeting booth, a fully enclosed meeting pod, a single-person focus booth or a mobile workplace unit.
The standard open-fronted Qube creates a clearly defined meeting area while maintaining easy access and visual connection with the surrounding workspace. It is ideal for informal meetings, collaborative work, breakout areas and education environments.
The Qube can be supplied with a full rear panel, creating a more enclosed and private meeting space while keeping the front open and easily accessible. It is ideal for freestanding pods, dividing open-plan areas or positioning the pod away from an existing wall.
The rear panel can also accommodate a mounted television or display, making this configuration suitable for presentations, video calls and collaborative meetings.
For greater separation from the surrounding space, the Qube can be fitted with a front enclosure manufactured from 8mm toughened glass.
The glass enclosure is finished with precision-engineered metal hardware, including strong hinges and a secure latch-style door handle. This option is particularly suitable for private conversations, video calls, interviews and meetings within busy open-plan areas.
The single-person Qube provides a compact workstation for phone calls, video meetings, concentrated work and individual study. It can be fitted with an integrated seat or bench, a work surface, lighting and power.
For workplaces where layouts change regularly, selected Qube configurations can be mounted on a reinforced base with wheeled castors. This allows the unit to be repositioned more easily when reorganising breakout areas, classrooms or collaborative zones.
