A Contemporary Office Pod with a More Enclosed Feel
The Nook has been designed for workplaces that need clearly defined meeting and focus areas without introducing permanent walls or traditional meeting rooms.
Its squared external structure gives the pod a substantial architectural presence, while the curved upholstered interior softens the space around the user. This combination creates a comfortable, cocooned environment that works particularly well within open-plan offices, universities, libraries, coworking spaces and commercial breakout areas.
Integrated seating and a central meeting table make the Nook suitable for informal meetings, one-to-ones, video calls and collaborative work. Each pod is manufactured to order, allowing the size, upholstery and internal specification to be coordinated with the surrounding interior.
Standard lead times are typically 3 – 4 weeks from order sign-off, depending on quantities and fabric choice.

Bespoke Nook Pod Sizes
One Nook Pod, Multiple Configurations
The standard open Nook provides a clearly defined meeting space while keeping access simple and maintaining a connection with the surrounding office.
The boxed external structure gives the pod a more substantial presence than conventional breakout seating, while the curved interior creates a softer environment for conversation and concentrated work.
A rear panel can be added to create a more enclosed freestanding Nook without introducing a front door.
This is particularly useful when the pod is positioned away from an existing wall, used as a workplace zoning feature or placed where the rear of the pod remains visible.
The back panel can also provide a suitable surface for mounting a screen or television where required.
The Nook can be supplied with an 8mm toughened-glass front and door for projects requiring greater separation from the surrounding space.
The glazed front retains visibility and natural light while creating a more defined meeting environment for interviews, calls, video conferencing and private discussions.
The compact single-person Nook provides an individual workspace for private calls, video meetings and focused tasks.
An integrated seat, work surface, lighting, power and optional storage can all be incorporated into the unit.
